The Growth & Project Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community stakeholders—including employers, program participants and partner organizations —and for organizing, expanding, and supporting CRIEC’s mentorship programs. This role focuses on engaging communities and industry partners, cultivating partnerships that foster career development opportunities for newcomers and onboarding mentors.
